Black Excellence Day is here!
Thank you to everyone who took the time to wear black clothing to show solidarity with our students and staff of African Descent.
Today, we're celebrating Black Excellence—a special day to recognize and honour the achievements and contributions of Black individuals and communities. This day is about acknowledging the rich history, culture, and incredible accomplishments of Black people.
By celebrating Black Excellence, we:
Honour History: We remember and appreciate the significant contributions of Black people throughout history.
Recognize Achievement: We highlight the talents and successes of Black individuals in all areas of life, like science, art, sports, and education.
Promote Unity: We come together to celebrate diversity and the importance of inclusion.
Inspire Future Generations: We encourage young Black individuals to dream big and know their potential is limitless.
Let's celebrate the strength, creativity, and spirit of Black communities today. Let's have meaningful conversations, learn from each other, and support one another. Together, we can make sure that recognizing Black Excellence is something we do every day.
Thank you for joining us in this celebration. Let's make today a memorable tribute to Black Excellence!
